    A searchable central database of provincial government organizational information, including the Premier's office, ministries, crown corporations, public agencies and their employees.

    A searchable listing of available government publications. The Index includes a listing of Government Ministry Publications, pamphlets, as well as many forms. A number of publications are also included from participating government-funded organizations, such as Crown corporations.

BCSTATS
The central statistical agency of the Province of British Columbia. Includes Area Profiles, Regional Socio-economic Profiles, Small Business Profiles, and links to tourism statistics and population statistics. Many reports available online in full text as PDF. Includes A-Z subject index.

Legislative Assembly (including Bills and Debates)
Bills, Debates of the Legislative Assembly (Hansard), Votes and Proceedings, Orders of the Day, Legislative Committees, Standing Orders, Speech from the Throne, etc. from current and previous sessions. Fascinating reading!

Regional Socio-Economic Profiles
Socioeconomic profiles for all regions of British Columbia. The profiles consist of charts and tables for the 27 Regional Disticts, 78 Local Health Areas, and 15 College Regions within the Province of British Columbia. Each region contains maps of communities, demographic profiles, economic hardships, labour market structure, education concerns, and information on crime health problems, and children and youth at risk.

Canadian Economy Online
A one-stop guide to the national economy from the Government of Canada. Includes statistics, links to federal government information on the economy and information about economic concepts.
Depository Services Program E-Collection
Contains links to all electronic publications that are currently available on the DSP server. You can browse the publications by title, subject, or author. Most publications are freely available. Some, however, are restricted to depository libraries (which RRU is not, at this time). Restricted publications are marked by a red triangle.

Canada
MIRAGE (Map Image Rendering Database for Geoscience) - is a digital image library of Geological Survey of Canada maps. The GSC has published thousands of maps since the mid-1800's. More than 10,000 of these maps have been scanned and are available. Search for maps by series or NTS or keyword search. Maps show data such as groundwater, geological information, waterscapes, and aeromagnetic information (minerals that comprise the land). Users need to accept an appropriate use policy. Maps are downloadable as PDF files.
NAPL Online (National Air Photo Library) - of the Natural Resources Canada, allows clients to search and retrieve metadata for over three million air photos using several criteria, including official place name, geographical coordinate, National Topographic System map number, or Roll and Photo number. NAPL On-Line visually depicts the ’footprint’ of air photos on a seamless map background. After a search is completed, the air photos can be ordered from NAPL.  Pop-up blockers must be turned off.
National Atlas of Canada
Thematic maps of Canada. Topics ranging from climate change and water consumption to natural resource use.
Geo Gratis - GeoGratis is a portal provided by the Earth Sciences Sector (ESS) of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) which provides geospatial data at no cost via your Web browser. It is compatible with the most popular geographic information systems (GIS), with image analysis systems and the graphics applications of editing software.
