What is it?
RRU Library is pleased to announce its participation in a province-wide Collaborative Virtual Reference Service project led by the BC Electronic Library Network (ELN).

Chat live online with a librarian and find answers to your questions. Staffing for the service is provided by participating BC post-secondary libraries, so the librarian that you chat with will probably be from another institution.

Hours:  Sunday - Thursday:  10 am - 9 pm

              Friday & Saturday:  11 am - 5 pm

Key dates:

Service opens:   Monday, May 17, 2010.                       

Service closes:  Friday, August 13, 2010.

Holidays (service closed):  Monday, May 24; Thursday, July 1; and Monday, August 2.
