What is it?
RRU Library is pleased to announce its participation in a province-wide Collaborative Virtual Reference Service project led by the BC Electronic Library Network (ELN).

Chat live online with a librarian and find answers to your questions. Staffing for the service is provided by participating BC post-secondary libraries, so the librarian that you chat with will probably be from another institution.

Hours:  Sunday - Thursday:  10 am - 9 pm

              Friday & Saturday:  11 am - 5 pm

Key dates:

Service re-opens:   Monday, May 16, 2011                      

Service closes:  August 5, 2011

AskAway closed on the following statutory holidays:

Monday, May 23rd

Friday, July 1st

Monday, August 1st
